27 April 2011 - our big day. It marked the end of our journey in GEM. Our journey ended beautifully with a Silver award. Disappointed we may be, we all knew we gave our best. SYF doesn't label us. So don't be disheartened, we're worth so much more than that silver and we know it :)We're still proud of ourselves, aren't we? Thanks to everyone who gave us your support and to all the seniors who made us that lovely booklet overflowing with all your well wishes. Thanks for the people who woke up early to help us out that day, our dearest JC1s who contributed as well as everyone who went all the way to Republic Polytechnic with us. We really appreciate it! Guitar Camp 2011

As you all know, GEM camp just ended. Although it was organised mostly for the SYF batch to engage in some intensive practice, we didn't forget the JC1s as well. We had lots of fun playing the games they've organised for all of us. And I must say they really put in a lot of efforts for it, thanks! It was a good break for all of us from all those hours of practising.   Our breakfast!         A very spontaneous Andrew.   The jokers doing their thing.  Before the war  During the war  After the war Amidst all that fun, the SYF batch improved on our pieces. Proud of you guys! It's just a mere few more days to our big day on 27th April. Let's continue to put in our best and leave behind a legacy. Our journey will be more fulfilling than ever that way. We can do it, duh!

27th April 2011.Let's work hard everyone! On a side note, we will also be having an exclusive GEM camp from 150411 to 160411, for intensive SYF practices and not forgetting to bond with our juniors as well :) |
